1. Scope and provider

These terms cover visits to the AI Order marketing website and demo enquiries made through it. AI Order is a product provided by AI WEB SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Company registration and contact details are listed at the end of this page.

This page is not the service agreement governing records stored in the application or the details of a paid subscription. Application access, plan scope and any data processing terms are agreed separately before service begins.

2. Using the website

Use the website lawfully, without disrupting access for others or compromising system security. Sending malicious software, attempting unauthorised access and misusing the content or infrastructure are prohibited.

Provide accurate business and contact information in a demo enquiry. Do not include private or sensitive information about other people, payment card details or identity documents in the demo form.

3. Demo and contact enquiries

The demo form prepares a draft in your email application using the information you enter. Your enquiry is delivered only when you send that email from your own application. Completing the form or opening the draft does not create a purchase or subscription.

A demo enquiry is not a guarantee of an appointment time or the start of a service. A suitable use case and next steps are arranged through communication between the parties. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiries are handled.

4. Product information and pricing

Features and plans on the page provide information about AI Order. Prices are not published on the website; they are provided separately on request.

Plan scope, fees, payment, renewal, cancellation and any refund terms are finalised between the parties before service is activated. Viewing a plan or requesting a demo does not create an obligation to pay.

Printing results depend on the paper, template layout and printer used. Official e-invoicing integration is not included in the current features described on this website. Product descriptions and images do not replace the terms of a separate service agreement.

5. Content and intellectual property

The AI Order brand, site design, software descriptions and original content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the content to evaluate the product and share it within your business. Do not use the brand or content misleadingly, resell it or present it as your own without permission from the rights holder.

Sector photographs and example sales scenarios are illustrative marketing content. They are not customer endorsements or guarantees of a particular business result.

6. External links and availability

Sign-in and company links may take you to other pages or the application. Those services have their own terms and privacy information.

The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or technical issues. No uninterrupted access or specific service level is promised for this marketing page; separately agreed service commitments remain unaffected.

7. Your rights and disputes

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Responsibilities for paid services, applicable law and dispute resolution are addressed by the relevant service agreement and mandatory legal rules.
